Terms & Conditions

By signing up to Class4kids you are agreeing to all clauses in the terms & conditions. 

Cancellation Policy

Class4Kids subscriptions will be deducted from your bank on the 1st of every month. If you cancel your subscription this must be done a whole month before the 1st of the month otherwise you will be charged for the month (If you wanted to cancel from August, you must give notice end of June). Once payment has been deducted from your bank, no refunds will be issued.

If you are dropping/adding any classes this must be done before the 1st of the month so subscriptions can be updated to ensure you are on the correct payment plan. If you wish to make any changes please contact Amy on 07563 242941.

Class fees will automatically be taken from your bank on the 1st of each month. Fees have been worked out pro rata and there for are a reflection of how many weeks of the year classes will run (48 weeks) as we are off 2 weeks at Christmas & 2 weeks of summer.

 This allows us to keep fees at the same amount each month including the 5 week months and the 2 months (July & December) we close. Therefore you should not cancel your subscription during any holidays.

Dance Elite Code of Conduct

Dance Elite Studio strives to provide the highest level of technical dance and acro training in a safe and nurturing environment. In order to achieve this, please take note of the following guidelines. This code seeks not only to instil a love of dance in our students, but to develop important life skills as well – respect, commitment, reliability and teamwork included.

Any dancer unable or unwilling to profit from the education provided at the studio may be asked to withdraw from Dance Elite Studio after reasonable notice. Please encourage your child to learn the rules of the school and perform within them.

Behaviour

Dancers are expected to:

- Behave in an orderly, civilised, and well-mannered way.

- Show respect to class teachers and other dancers.

- Attend classes regularly and participate to the best of their ability.

- Demonstrate a positive mental attitude and willingness to develop new skills and technique

- Arrive ahead of lesson or class time.

- Always serve as a role model to younger dancers, including appropriate language and behaviour.

- Bring a water bottle and small snack if appropriate. No food.

- Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent mode and are not to be used during class.

- Put rubbish in the bins provided and clean up after yourself.

- Show respect and care for studio equipment and facilities.

Class Uniform

Dancers are expected to:

- Wear dance uniforms and appropriate dance shoes for classes, arriving changed and ready for class.

-Dance Classes and Private Lessons: All training wear should be purchased from our bespoke account on SQUAD DANCEWEAR (ask Amy for details)

-Absolutely no nike training wear should be wore at anytime

- Train acro in bare feet: no tights or socks.

- Present to class in a tidy and well-groomed manner with hair tied back neatly off the face; no jewellery.

- Ballet buns are required for all ballet classes.

-Ballet tights & shoes are essential.

- Younger dancers should attend with shoes that they can take off and put on by themselves.

General Studio Rules

-Dancers are not allowed to attend class at any other studio while registered with Dance Elite Studio, this excludes primary/high school teams.

-Dancers are not permitted to attend any camp/workshops etc outwith Dance Elite Studio without prior consent of Amy.

Parents and/or Guardians

Parents are requested to:

- Demonstrate respect for teachers, dancers, staff and other parents at all times.

- Refrain from entering either dance studio unless invited by a teacher. This includes studios not in use and extends to siblings.

- Understand and support Dance Elite by encouraging children to show commitment and positivity while working to the best of their own ability.

- Drop off and collect dancers promptly.
